1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any facility, service, or digital platform operated by PT Azoria Bali Living ("Azoria Living", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Member", "Guest", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our facilities or services.

These Terms apply to all services offered at our Uluwatu, Bali location, including but not limited to: fitness club, padel courts, pilates studio, wellness centre, co-working space, spa, hotel accommodation, retreats, food & beverage, and all digital platforms including our website and booking systems.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership or book services independently. Minors aged 14–17 may access certain facilities accompanied by a parent or guardian, subject to specific activity rules. Guests under 14 are not permitted in fitness, padel, or wellness areas.

1.3 Memberships

Types of Membership

Azoria Living offers various membership tiers, including Founding Memberships and standard annual or monthly memberships. Each tier grants access to specific facilities and services as described in the membership agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Membership Conduct

–    Members must carry their membership card or provide identification upon request.

–    Membership access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

–    Members are responsible for any guest they bring into the facility.

–    Azoria Living reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for conduct that endangers staff or other members, misuse of facilities, or failure to comply with club rules.

1.4 Day Passes & Drop-In Sessions

Day passes and drop-in sessions grant access to designated facilities for a single day or session as specified at the time of purchase. Day passes do not include access to hotel rooms, private retreat spaces, or services requiring a separate booking.

1.5 Facility Rules

–    Appropriate athletic attire must be worn in fitness, padel, and pilates areas at all times.

–    Food and outside beverages are not permitted in studio or court areas.

–    Mobile phones must be kept on silent in wellness and spa areas.

–    Lockers are provided for day use only; Azoria Living is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

–    Guests must follow the instructions of Azoria staff at all times.

–    Azoria Living reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises for behaviour deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive.

1.6 Health & Safety

By entering our facilities, you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate in the activities you have chosen. You assume full responsibility for any health risks associated with your participation. Azoria Living strongly recommends consulting a physician before commencing any fitness or wellness programme.

In the event of a medical emergency, Azoria Living staff are trained in basic first aid and will call emergency services. By using our facilities, you consent to emergency medical treatment if you are unable to provide informed consent.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, mobile application, and physical premises — including logos, text, imagery, and design — is the exclusive property of PT Azoria Bali Living and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indonesian law, Azoria Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our facilities or services, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or interruption of service.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

1.10 Changes to Terms

Azoria Living reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our facilities or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members.
