Azoria Fitness is built for people who train seriously and live well. No mirrors-and-music gym, no membership theatre. A serious floor for strength, Hyrox, combat and conditioning, wrapped in the recovery, the nutrition and the table that let the work actually hold.

Classes

The week is programmed, not improvised. Hyrox conditioning and strength blocks, combat and boxing, mobility and yoga, sunrise sessions on the deck and high-intensity classes for when you want to be pushed in a group.
Small groups, real coaching, and a standard that holds whether it is your first class or your five-hundredth. Drop into what suits the day, or follow a progression the coaches build with you.

The floor is only as good as the people on it. Our coaches come from strength and conditioning, Hyrox, combat and mobility, and every one of them holds the same standard, whoever you are and wherever you start.
Book a private session to be pushed properly, take a small group, or simply train alongside them and learn by watching. No egos, no shortcuts, just programming built to move you forward, week after week.
