Fifteen-plus hours on court in level groups of four. Technique, tactics, video review and a final tournament: pro coaching, not pickup matches.

Recovery
Yoga, breathwork, ice baths and Balinese sports massage with local oils. Recovery is built into the day, not sold as an add-on.

Theory masterclasses with pro video breakdowns, plus a mental-performance session before the final: focus, pressure, mindset.
