Refund policy
3.1 Memberships
Founding Memberships
Founding memberships are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:
– Azoria Living permanently closes before the membership start date
– Azoria Living fails to provide the core services promised within 90 days of the projected opening date
In these circumstances, a full refund will be issued within 30 business days.
Standard Annual Memberships
– Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: full refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
– Cancellation after 7 days but before first use: 80% refund.
– Cancellation after first use: no refund; membership remains valid until expiry.
– Membership freeze: available once per year for a period of 1–3 months, subject to a freeze fee of IDR 250,000 per month.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refund is issued for the current month in progress.
3.2 Day Passes & Session Packs
– Day passes are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
– Session packs (e.g., pilates, padel court credits) are non-refundable but are valid for the period specified at time of purchase.
– Session packs may be shared between members of the same household for personal use only.
– Unused sessions in an expired pack are forfeited without compensation.
3.3 Classes & Bookings
– Classes cancelled by Azoria Living will result in a full session credit or full refund at the member's choice.
– Member cancellations made more than 4 hours before class start: full session credit.
– Member cancellations made less than 4 hours before class start: session is forfeited.
– No-shows: session is forfeited.
3.4 Hotel & Retreat Bookings
Hotel and retreat booking cancellation policies vary by rate and package. The specific cancellation terms applicable to each booking will be clearly displayed at the time of reservation and included in your booking confirmation.
As a general rule:
– Flexible rates: cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
– Non-refundable rates: no refund upon cancellation.
– Retreat packages: cancellation more than 30 days prior — 80% refund; 15–30 days prior — 50% refund; less than 15 days — no refund.
3.5 Spa & Wellness Treatments
– Treatments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance: full refund or credit.
– Treatments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance: 50% charge applies.
– No-shows: full treatment fee is charged.
3.6 Force Majeure
Azoria Living will not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies. In such cases, services will be rescheduled or credits issued at our discretion.
3.7 How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to legal@azorialiving.com with your full name, order reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
